min-height: 1em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p style="clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 窦玉芹专注开发的树脂材料是国内空白产品，也是国家急需开发、打破国外垄断、解决“卡脖子”问题的高附加值新材料，立项之初，在技术、装备、人才缺乏的艰难条件下，她抱定为企业发展和我国高分子新材料的开发做出贡献的决心，作为项目负责人顶住压力，大胆提出自主研发的思路和想法。从零开始，陆续定制开发了多套专用实验室装备和分析检验设备，建成了两个以乙烯和醋酸乙烯共聚为特色的新材料开发实验室和一套中试装置。开展了上百次培训课，培养了数十名工艺、设备、分析和操作等各专业齐全的新材料研发人才，为新材料、新工艺的研发和走向工程化，实现产品工业化提供了完备的技术、人才和装备基础。</p><p style="clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 她负责的《树脂小试研制》项目，仅用一年时间，解决了核心技术难题，成功开发了可工程放大的小试技术；她负责的《树脂中试技术开发和工艺包编制》项目，自主集成开发了多项关键技术及专有设备，技术成果国内首创，国际先进；她负责的《聚合反应安全技术研究》项目，对乙烯和醋酸乙烯共聚合反应进行了系统的实验模拟和评估，成果应用到装置的设计和建设中，确保了装置的安全稳定；她负责了树脂材料中试装置建设和试车过程中的技术支持工作，于2016年5月建成国内首套中试装置，实现长周期稳定运行，已成功开发中试产品，在食品包装、地暖管和试剂瓶等多个领域实现批量销售，打破了国内近50多年来被动垄断的局面，为我国高树脂新材料的开发做出了开创性贡献。</p></section></section><section style="box-sizing: border-box;
