box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 2px; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> “人还没到，臭味就先飘过来了。”回想当时的办案场景，承办检察官郑涛记忆犹新。在这片广阔的空地上，散落着塑料袋、废弃衣物、保温泡沫等多种生活和建筑垃圾，最集中的一处更是形成了长达12米、宽达9米的密集垃圾带。由于土地没有经过硬化，雨水冲刷垃圾后在地面上形成了大大小小的污水坑，让现场变得泥泞不堪，恶臭难闻，而就在该处地势下方100余米处，便是长江主干道。</span></p><p style="vertical-align: inherit;
