outline: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><br></p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; outline: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2021年6月，法院先后就该案作出刑事及民事判决，以交通肇事罪判处张莫有期徒刑一年六个月，同时赔偿被害人家属损失80余万元。</span></p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; outline: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">“母亲的去世对我们家庭是个很大的打击，我们不能理解为什么判罚这么轻，而且张莫还有70万赔偿金没有到位，家里还有生病的老人需要赡养，情况更是雪上加霜。”2021年8月，被害人家属曹铭因对一审判决不服，向长寿区检察院提出书面申诉，要求检察机关依法予以监督。</span></p><p style="vertical-align: inherit;
