text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;" class=""><p style="text-indent: 0em;"> 党的十八大以来，全面从严治党取得了历史性、开创性成就，产生了全方位、深层次影响，反腐败斗争取得压倒性胜利并全面巩固，党员干部廉洁自律意识明显增强。我们要充分认识到，这份沉甸甸的成绩来之不易，必须长期坚持、不断前进。只有推动廉洁文化建设实起来、强起来，才能增强领导干部廉洁从政、廉洁用权、廉洁修身、廉洁齐家的思想自觉，提高不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐一体推进综合效能，坚持不懈把全面从严治党向纵深推进。</p></section><section style="outline: 0px; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;" class=""><p style="text-indent: 0em;"> 加强新时代廉洁文化建设，应在强化党的创新理论武装上下功夫。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是新时代廉洁文化建设的根本遵循。党员干部要认真学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，特别是习近平总书记关于全面从严治党、党风廉政建设、廉洁文化建设的重要论述，深刻领会、入脑入心，坚持学思用贯通、知信行统一，切实提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力，不断筑牢信仰之基、补足精神之钙、把稳思想之舵，自觉珍惜权力、管好权力、慎用权力，自觉抵制腐败、杜绝腐败、远离腐败。</p></section><section style="outline: 0px; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;" class=""><p style="text-indent: 0em;"> 加强新时代廉洁文化建设，应在发展积极健康的党内政治文化上下功夫。党员干部要带头弘扬以马克思主义为指导、以中华优秀传统文化为基础、以革命文化为源头、以社会主义先进文化为主体充分体现中国共产党党性的党内政治文化，带头弘扬忠诚老实、公道正派、实事求是、清正廉洁等价值观，坚持公私分明、崇廉拒腐、尚俭戒奢、甘于奉献，自觉抵制庸俗腐朽思想影响，抵制商品交换原则对党内生活侵蚀，明辨是非黑白，形成清清爽爽的同志关系、规规矩矩的上下级关系、干干净净的政商关系，旗帜鲜明地与有害政治文化作斗争，以良好的政治文化涵养风清气正的政治生态。</p></section><section style="outline: 0px; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;" class=""><p style="text-indent: 0em;"> 加强新时代廉洁文化建设，应在持之以恒锤炼政德上下功夫。党员干部要修好对党忠诚的大德、造福人民的公德、严于律己的品德，在大是大非面前旗帜鲜明，在风浪考验面前无所畏惧，在各种诱惑面前立场坚定，自觉践行人民至上的理念，严格约束自己的操守和行为，时时处处自重自省自警自励，自觉主动地将党纪国法内化于心、外化于行，永远不放纵、不越轨、不破规、不逾矩，做到“心不动于微利之诱，目不眩于五色之惑”，防止小过酿成大错，注重积小善而成大德。</p></section><section style="outline: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;" class=""><p style="text-indent: 0em;"> 加强新时代廉洁文化建设，应在注重家庭家教家风上下功夫。从揭露出来的违纪违法案件看，很多腐败之祸的起因，“不在颛臾，而在萧墙之内也”。党员干部要深刻认识到家风建设不是小事，不是家庭私事，而是作风建设的重要体现和重要内容。应带头重视家庭建设，把弘扬好家教家风作为“三严三实”的一个“修炼所”“检验场”，成为处理公与私、小家与大家、个人与群众关系的基本准则，以身作则管好配偶、子女，决不允许家属亲友利用特殊身份谋取非法利益，本分做人、干净做事。自觉传承红色家风，在干事创业中更多地注入一身正气、艰苦奋斗的精神力量。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style="margin-top: 10px;
