outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; visibility: visible; text-indent: 0em;"> 通过系统、规范的培训，使培训护士具备良好的护理职业道德，掌握临床护理的基本技能和专业理论知识，能够运用护理程序对病人实施整体护理。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; visibility: visible; text-indent: 0em;"> 具有护理学专业大专及以上学历，获得护士执业资格证书或护士执业资格考试成绩合格，愿意参加护士规范化培训的护理专业人员。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; visibility: visible; text-indent: 0em;"> 3.报名资料：所有资料以照片形式提交，请报考人员在填报信息时上传个人电子照片、身份证、毕业证、学校证明或学信网学籍证明截图、护士资格证或者护士资格考试成绩等证件照片（应届毕业生由于疫情影响，今年国家护士执业资格考试时间延后，待护考成绩出来，再予以录取）。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 0em;"> 1.审核资料：本人报名表（在重庆医药卫生人才网—重庆市住院医师、护士规范化培训专区打印）、身份证原件及复印件、毕业证原件及复印件（学校证明或学信网学籍证明）、护士执业资格证书（或护士执业资格考试成绩合格通知单）原件及复印件和单位证明（仅限单位人）等资料各1份。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; box-sizing: border-box;"> （三）考核安排</strong></p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 0em;"> 1.医院统一组织对报考人员进行笔试及面试。笔试内容围绕护理专业基础知识、综合基础知识和公共基础知识等，分值为100分。面试内容包括综合知识、护理相关专业知识、相关法律法规等内容，考生现场随机抽取考试顺序和答题，面试分值为100分。综合成绩=笔试成绩×40%+面试成绩×60%。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 0em;"> （二）按相关要求为培训学员提供必须的基本工资（含五险）和生活补助（含住宿和餐补）；大专学历总额不低于4400元/月/人，大学本科学历总额不低于4700元/月/人。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both;
