clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">已经确诊的新型冠状病毒感染肺炎病人、病院携带者，拒绝隔离治疗或者隔离期未满擅自脱离隔离治疗，并进入公共场所或者公共交通工具，或者新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疑似病人，拒绝隔离治疗或者隔离期未满擅自脱离隔离治疗，并进入公共场所或者公共交通工具，造成新型冠状病毒传播，危害公共安全的，依照《刑法》第114条、第115条第1款规定，以危险方法危害公共安全罪追究刑事责任。<br style="outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></span></p><p style="outline: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><br></p><p style="outline: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">违反传染病防治法的规定，拒绝执行县级以上人民政府或者疾病预防控制机构依照传染病防治法提出的防控措施，准许或者纵容传染病病人、病原携带者和疑似传染病病人从事国务院卫生行政部门规定禁止从事的易使该传染病扩散的工作，拒绝按照县级以上人民政府或者疾病预防控制机构提出的卫生要求，对传染病病原体污染的污水、污物、粪便进行消毒处理，引起新型冠状病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依照《刑法》第330条规定，以妨碍传染病防治罪追究刑事责任；单位犯罪的，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照刑法第330条第1款的规定追究刑事责任。<br style="outline: 0px; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">擅自离开已采取封控管理措施的地区、城市，隐瞒疫情中高风险地区旅居史、未按防控措施要求向有关部门报告并履行隔离措施，未佩戴口罩及采取其他任何防护措施进入密闭公共场所、乘坐公用交通工具，接到有关部门通知后拒不履行集中隔离或居家隔离，隔离期间擅自脱离隔离等行为，不构成犯罪的，依照《治安管理处罚法》第50条第1款第1项规定，以拒不执行紧急状态下的决定、命令予以治安管理处罚。<br style="outline: 0px; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">在疫情防控期间，强拿硬要或者任意损毁、占用防疫物资、防护装备或者其他公私财物情节严重的，或者在公共场所起哄闹事，造成公共场所秩序严重混乱的，依照《刑法》第293条规定，以寻衅滋事罪追究刑事责任。不构成犯罪的，依照《治安管理处罚法》第26条规定，以寻衅滋事予以治安管理处罚。</span></p></section></section></section><section style="margin-top: -10px;
