重庆市长寿区人民医院内分泌内科护士长，主管护师。曾多次获得长寿区人民医院“优秀护士”、“最佳文明职工”、“优秀护士长”。撰写发表论文9篇，获得实用新型专利2项，参与长寿区科委科研项目2项，参与重庆市卫健委面上项目1项。

从事护理工作二十年来，冉柳同志始终秉持南丁格尔精神，用爱心、耐心、细心和责任心去对待每一名患者，努力成为医生的好帮手，当护士姐妹们的好榜样。慢性病患者治疗时间长，治疗过程繁琐，除了要求医务人员有高超的业务能力，还需要更多的耐心和细心，这样才会取得病人的信任，并配合医生做好治疗，为此在慢病管理方面，冉柳同志作为内分泌内科护士长，坚持二十年如一日地每月开展糖尿病健康教育大讲堂，并建立了长寿区人民医院内分泌内科糖友群，通过线上线下多个渠道，帮助糖尿病患者全方面地了解疾病相关知识以及在生活中的注意事项，获得广大糖友的一致好评。在长寿区率先推动糖尿病护理咨询门诊开设，给糖尿病患者提供一对一的个性化指导，针对个体情况进行个案教育指导及监督随访，为糖尿病患者提供多层次、多形式的个体化咨询服务与指导。

重庆市长寿区人民医院心血管内科副主任，副主任医师。在重庆市医学会心电生理和起搏分会第三届委员会、重庆市医师协会心律学专业委员会青年委员会、重庆市医师协会心血管内科医师分会委员会青年委员会等多个市级心血管内科专业委员会及医师分会任职，是重庆市劳动能力鉴定医疗卫生专家、长寿区科学技术协会健康专家服务团成员。曾获“西南心血管慢病论坛—新青年心知识争霸赛”最佳个人奖一等奖、重庆医科大学临床学院“受学生好评教师”、重庆三峡医药高等专科学校临床教学基地“优秀临床老师”、长寿区人民医院“十佳医疗业务标兵”“新技术创新个人”等荣誉。

陈万同志具有国家卫健委医院管理研究所颁发的起搏器植入培训合格证、导管消融培训合格证、冠心病介入培训合格证，是长寿区唯一同时具有三个心血管介入资质的介入手术医生。熟练独立完成冠心病、起搏器、射频消融等心血管专业各种三、四级介入手术，让适宜新技术造福于长寿人民，使患者及家属免受长途奔波异地就医之苦。已累计完成冠状动脉介入诊断和治疗手术约2000余台（包括冠状动脉造影、急性心肌梗死介入治疗、冠状动脉药物球囊及支架植入、冠状动脉血流储备分数测定FFR、冠脉腔内影像学IVUS和OCT指导的冠脉精准治疗等），单腔和双腔永久起搏器植入、左束支区域起搏100余台，起搏器程控200余台次（是长寿区心血管领域目前唯一掌握该技术的医务人员）；率先在长寿区开展有创电生理检查及射频消融术，年射频消融术20余台，该技术在长寿区人民医院的开展，填补了长寿区心血管领域射频消融的空白。参与长寿区胸痛中心建设工作，现在担任长寿区胸痛中心医疗总监，不断改善和优化胸痛中心诊治流程，极大地推动了胸痛中心的筹建和平稳运行，对急性心肌梗死、急性主动脉夹层、急性肺栓塞等危急重胸痛患者的及时诊治起到了显著的促进作用。

对头，有点悬，这样检查那样检查，检查下来让老百姓回到解放前 医院能进，就是检查项目太多，恼火哟，能不能减少点 确实是牛
