2023年4月26日晚，长寿区人民医院心血管内科成功为一例82岁的阵发性房颤患者实施了射频消融手术。这是区医院开展的首例房颤射频消融手术，在医务科、麻醉科、超声科、胸心外科的大力支持下取得了圆满成功。该手术由熊小亚主治医师主刀，郑兆斌副主任、陈万副主任共同参与。

<strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">心房颤动</strong>（简称房颤），是常见的且为危害性最大的心律失常之一，容易导致脑卒中、心力衰竭等严重的疾病。目前治疗房颤的方式主要有药物治疗、外科手术治疗、经导管射频消融术治疗等。其中，射频消融术是一种微创介入疗法，只有针眼大小的皮肤切口，创伤小，手术时间短，治疗后患者体力恢复较好、自觉舒适度高，目前已成为房颤治疗的首选手段。

区医院自获得“国家房颤中心建设单位”称号以来，一直致力于房颤的筛查、抗凝治疗、复律治疗，最大程度降低房颤卒中的发生率及由此引发的致残率和死亡率。房颤射频消融术的开展是我院心内科在“心律失常”治疗领域的一次重大突破，标志着科室的发展迈上了新台阶。科室目前已开展冠脉介入、射频消融术、起搏器植入等技术，让患者在家门口就可以享受三甲医院的高水平诊疗服务。
