康复之路，你我同行——长寿区人民医院康复医学科到出院患者家中开展延续服务

为落实以患者为中心的理念，为患者提供优质医疗服务，近日，长寿区人民医院康复医学科主治医生冯蔾枥、主管护师肖颖及治疗师江宇航一同前往出院患者家中，为患者送去健康指导和关爱。

患者今年80岁，因今年3月突发双下肢乏力，口角歪斜，流延，确诊为脑梗死，在重庆治疗后转入区人民医院康复科治疗，目前在家属的帮助下，能自主完成吃饭、洗漱。

主管护师肖颖为其进行了血压和血糖的监测，着重对患者进行心理不良情绪疏导以及情感支持鼓励，并对居家过程中存在的护理问题进行了专科指导及健康教育。

治疗师江宇航对患者进行了详细、系统的康复评估，针对目前康复情况制定了针对性康复指导，耐心地教授患者家属为患者进行被动训练，叮嘱患者家属运动训练中的注意事项，提高患者居家的康复锻炼效果，防止发生肌肉萎缩，足下垂等并发症。
