杨克明故居陈列馆位于长寿区云集镇青丰村二组，展览共展示文物200余件套、档案文献100余份和图片100余张，这些档案、文献、图片和实物真实记载了杨克明的革命历程和感人事迹。

杨克明，长寿云集人，西路军军政委员会成员，红5军政治部主任。他长期在川东领导游击队作战，被人称为“铁脚板书记”，西路军时期，他与董振堂一起指挥红5军西征，结果在高台县与数倍于己之敌遭遇，后因寡不敌众壮烈牺牲，年仅32岁。
