<span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>“牟教授，这个病人需要你的帮助！</strong><strong>”</strong>当地医生Boas向牟海波求助。牟海波对患者进行详细检查后，发现患者<strong>盆腔脓肿合并脓毒血症，伴电解质紊乱（低钾低钠血症），处于感染性休克状态，生命危在旦夕</strong>。患者已经在院外使用多种抗生素联合治疗无效，需尽快手术。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">挽救生命，刻不容缓，牟海波与医疗队队长、胃肠外科陈刚副主任医师，泌尿外科鲜鹏副主任医师及手术室杨畅主管护师迅速组成外科小组，并与巴新当地医护人员对患者病情进行充分讨论，<strong>最终决定为Shelly实施腹腔镜探查术</strong>。相对于传统开腹手术，腹腔镜技术更为微创和美观，同时极大程度降低了腹部伤口感染等术后并发症的风险。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">由于患者感染严重，术中探查发现<strong>腹腔内广泛粘连，肠间隙及盆底积聚大量脓液，操作空间狭小，手术操作极其困难</strong>。但为了能够保证患者以最小的创伤完成治疗，牟海波小心谨慎、逐一分离，在医疗队队员及巴新方医护人员的共同协作下，仅用时2小时，顺利完成了腹腔镜粘连松解术及盆腔脓肿引流术，术中出血不足100ml。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">2022年7月，来自重庆市长寿区人民医院的牟海波参加第12批援巴新中国医疗队，作为队里唯一一名妇产科医师，跨越万里到巴新执行为期1年的医疗援助任务。“<strong>每当我看到身边不同肤色的患者，流露出同样希望和信赖的眼神时，我就感到肩负责任，要对每一个生命全力以赴。</strong>”牟海波说。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 30px;">
<span style="font-size:16px;">一年中，牟海波充分发挥专业所长<strong>，诊疗患者1200余人次，先后开展了腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术、腹腔镜输卵管系膜囊肿剥除术、腹腔镜附件切除术、腹腔镜单纯卵巢囊肿剥除术、腹腔镜输卵管造口术加通液术等多项手术，参与教学查房40余次</strong>，逐步提高了当地医疗水平，方便了当地患者就医，使他们在家门口就可以得到中国医疗专家的高水平诊治。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">为了促进微创技术在巴新落地开花，<strong>她承担了中国巴新友好微创外科中心首期微创技能培训班授课工作，开展多场次微创技能培训，共带教150余人次</strong>，提高了巴新当地医护人员对于微创理念的认知和技能的掌握，对于当地的妇科微创技术普及做出了卓越的贡献。</span>
