　　8月10日早上7点，长江长寿段棺材石水域发生惊险一幕，一男子不慎落水，拼命挣扎。

　　就在这危急时刻，凤城党员突击队副队长乔磊不顾自身安危，匍匐在舷边，半个身子探出，全力向落水者掷出救生套索，落水男子成功接住。鉴于落水者随时有晕厥的危险，乔磊就一直趴在舷边，双手紧紧攥住他，缓缓往岸边驶去。7点10分，经过努力，落水男子终于被救助上岸。

　　溺水危机虽已解除，但男子生命仍遭威胁。此刻，落水男子头部、面部血流不止，腹部、背部、四肢均有不同程度摔伤、擦伤和淤伤，并且体温逐渐降低。突击队员立即用棉被包裹男子，避免进一步失温，并用棉纱、酒精清理身体创面并止血，避免感染，清理口鼻异物，避免窒息。
