　　11月28日，“东方宅思，遇鉴璞缇——城市建筑与人居美学沙龙”在长寿璞缇1号举行。携手资深教授，从全球建筑趋势、中国建筑美学和现代居住美学出发，阐释了中国建筑美学与美好生活的内涵。

　　下午，璞缇1号项目负责人携三位资深教授一同到璞缇1号实景尽呈的一期参观，在参观过程中，璞缇1号项目负责人给大家讲解了璞缇1号的设计，low-e玻璃打造的镜面美学，豪宅风范，价格方面比普通玻璃高出5倍以上的造价，质量方面更是科技质感的具体呈现：隔热性、隔音性、节能型、环保性及璞缇1号的东方园林、贴心的龙湖物业服务等。

　　随后在璞缇1号销售中心举行了本次沙龙，现场邀请到了中国传统文化研究会副会长、中国人民大学博士、西南大学美术学院教授、长寿家居行业代表、二手房协会会长单位、各行各业代表性人物及媒体朋友们，群英荟萃，共话东方城市建筑，探寻人居美学艺术。

邱教授认为，璞缇1号景观之美，是中国造园的意境和西方技巧结合的结果。

　　造园的境界有三重：“生境”即自然美，繁华与自然和鸣，山水与建筑合奏；“画境”即艺术美，设计师需要想象人们在景观中行进时的画面，如何呈现步移景异的效果；“意境”即使用的艺术手法，是前两者的升华。

　　生境、画境、意境的组合，营造了一种心境。即通过现代的载体，赋予建筑中式之美，让人在心境层面上产生一种心绪和鸣。

什么是美好的建筑？

　　“美好设计还是以人文本，设计为人服务。把建筑师的设计思想以及设计过程中对社会的认知能力传递给别人、影响别人是融创美学的一个核心点。”张教授从空间之美、形制之美、色彩之美、细节之美，讲述了融创建筑美学的内涵。

　　在他看来，做建筑就必须从各种面向去思考，所谓人与空间的关系——那就是生活。“好的建筑来自于对文脉和时代的理解，对城市和自然的尊重，对人性和理想的追求以及对于未来生活方式和行为的设想。”

　　越来越多的建筑师和设计师，关注中国文化的传承。但传承不是单一的复制过去中国古代的建筑形态，而是从现代生活方式出发，以发展的眼光挖掘中国文化，重新构建一种审美。

　　敖教授举例璞缇1的建筑设计里，吸取了宋代的审美，和中国古代建筑、园林的设计理念，遵循了“大道至简、大道无形”的概念

　　嘉宾们从各自的领域分享了对国建筑美学与美好生活的看法与观点。通过一众嘉宾精彩的观念阐述，将活动气氛一次次带至高潮，共话一场居住与生活美学的碰撞。
